General Settings

These are found in More > Admin > Syncro Administration - General Preferences. Alternatively, if the Settings Pages section is visible in the left navigation, you can click General Settings.

Country: The country in which your business resides.

Locale Region: Select your region to apply the correct currency to your account. This also determines which language will be displayed in the customer portal if we have translated it.

Time Zone: Adjust this for accurate time display.

Admin Notification Email: This is the email that RepairShopr will use to alert you. Learn more about Emails from Syncro.

Portal accent color code: Select from several color options to change the color palette in the Customer Portal.

Make sure to click Save after making any changes.
