We are aware that users are experiencing increased timeouts.We have scaled our infrastructure which has helped performance during peak hours. We are still working through a list of specific endpoints that are causing lag.
Workaround:
If you hit a timeout, a page refresh will often resolve the issue immediately. We know this isn’t ideal, and we are working to make this unnecessary.
Known Slow Endpoints:
We have identified the following specific areas as performance bottlenecks. You do not need to report timeouts for these specific endpoints, as our team is already actively optimizing them:
