I like a lot of what is proposed above…but
Anything like this that takes weeks or months should be postponed until some of the sensible security and audit log features that have been requested have been implemented.
Having actual tech time tracked as one data element and then billable tech time as a second element, where the “rounding” would be factored in are imperative needs and really should be prioritized highly as this is a key metric required for ANY MSP to be able to accurately measure their profitability from contract to contract if their contracts are All You Can Eat instead of Time and Materials. AYCE is the direction ALL MSPs should be moving toward. Please, please get this moved to a higher priority.
