The Partnership Guardz is Syncro’s most aligned marketplace vendor, mirroring Syncro’s “everything in one portal” philosophy. Key integration points: Guardz alerts auto-create Syncro tickets (two-way sync), universal billing ingests per-customer usage daily into Syncro invoices, and accounts can be provisioned directly from the Syncro App Center. No minimums, no commitments. Existing Guardz customers on Pax8 or direct can migrate to consolidate billing.
What Guardz Does A unified security platform for MSPs combining ITDR, EDR (SentinelOne), email security (Checkpoint Avanan), dark web monitoring, security awareness training, phishing simulations, and MDR — all in one portal, one SKU, priced per user. The user-centric model means multiple devices are covered under a single license.
Agentic SecOps Guardz’s core differentiator is its agentic triage layer: a data lake normalizes signals across all controls, an autonomous analyst filters false positives, enriches alerts, and takes automated response actions (suspend user, isolate device). The MDR team handles final review and 24/7 response on the Ultimate plan. MSPs control which actions are pre-approved per customer.
