  • Third-Party App Updates – You can now auto-update custom apps with “Update if Present,” plus improved match targeting and a refreshed default app catalog.

  • Mobile Employee Time Clock – Techs can now clock in and out with one tap in the Syncro Mobile App—no more manual time tracking.

  • Ticket View Filters in Reports – Apply your Ticket Views inside Report Builders to better control what shows in client-facing reports.

  • Maintenance Mode in Bulk – Apply Maintenance Mode to multiple assets at once to simplify scheduled updates.

  • Automated Remediation via API Alerts – Use a new parameter in the RMM Alerts API to trigger automation from custom alerts.

:hammer_and_wrench: Quality of Life Upgrades

  • Faster Google Calendar sync

  • UI fixes in the mobile app (ticket description, unsaved edits, email visibility)

  • New quick filters and ticket tags in reports

  • Ticket workflow improvements (Labor Log, SLA accuracy, worksheet syncing)

  • More secure Xero syncing and cleaner vendor POs

We shared a first look at powerful updates on the horizon:

  • Linux Agent (Phase 1) – Track online status and basic system info on Linux devices.

  • Project Management – Yes, it’s happening! Ticket Blueprints, linked tickets, dedicated billing, and more are coming to help you manage projects in Syncro.

  • Enhanced Co-Managed IT Support – Granular permissions for scripts, assets, and reporting.

  • Script Access by Category – Limit script access based on role and scope.

  • PowerBI Template Hub – Use customizable, ready-to-go Power BI reports, no coding needed.
