Is there a way to get a report of all FAILED patches?
Vulnerable Systems Report has limited utility because it includes patches that will be installed soon based on policy. I want to just be able to see all systems where the patch policy is not working properly.

Unfortunately, no. The closest we have is to view the Failed Patches section of Windows Updates. Windows Patch Management

Even if there is no universal report how about a Syncro RMM value that we could use in scripts? There are many asset values that Syncro supplies already. This failed patches = yes value would fit right in.
