The Zapier Integration is useful but is missing key features.
Currently, you can Create a Ticket, but not update an existing Ticket, not change Status, Add a comment or a time entry, etc.
The same is true for Customers, you can create one, but not update one.
Updates are important.
Ex: You could use Zapier with a Google form to update a customer’s contact info, add contacts, email requesting a Rating, or the ability to Resolve a ticket, etc. Then use Zapier to update those fields in Syncro with little coding effort at all.
Currently, the integration does not let you add Assets or Contacts at all. I believe the integration would greatly benefit from adding the other entries, associated triggers and actions related to them Including Change/Update not just new.
