Windows agent update?

It does not seem like the windows agent auto updates, is there a way to update? Someone replied a while back that some of the issues I was having had to do with the version of my windows agent. I have a copy for each customer I download for new installs and figured it would auto update after installing, but I haven’t updated it

Haven’t had any issues with agents not updating. You might need to check your firewall/UTM/DNS filter and make sure all the servers are allowed: https://help.syncromsp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006048034-Syncro-Exceptions-and-Whitelists There’s no way I know of to manually trigger an update. Syncro checks every 5-10minutes for updates, you can look at the log files in programdata\syncro\bin\logs and maybe find a clue that way.
