Why is there a delay syncing to QuickBooks Online?

Syncing with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is often slow around the 1st of the month when many QBO users are attempting to sync simultaneously. The same can happen at other times as well.

Please be patient during those times, as all the transactions will eventually sync and syncing speeds will return to normal.

Im trying to get a customer to sync (on the 30th). It’s been 3 hours. Can this be pushed manually?

Unfortunately, we can’t speed up the sync. The delay is on the Quickbooks’ side. This happens a lot around the beginning and end of months when a lot of services are syncing with their servers.

We queue up our request and adjust the displayed delay time as their rate changes.
