Why can't add time in workflow?

Am I the only one who would just be giddy over the ability to have one form to open and resolve a ticket and add time entry with a single click?

Hi Ken, while it’s not available as a form, you can use a script to open a ticket, add time and resolve it all in one go.

Check out the ’ Syncro (Tickets) - Fully Process Ticket With Billable Time’ script which should already be in your system.
