Visual Alert/Private Comment on New Attachments

Summary: It would be great to have some type of visual alert on a ticket (like the “ticket updated” yellow banner) or a private comment added when a new attachment is added to a ticket.

Business Value: with the proliferation of HTML signatures, the attachment area can get a little busy and it’s sometimes hard to spot new attachments. If the client doesn’t reference the attachment in their email, attachments can sometimes go unnoticed. Some type of visual indicator (or a private comment after the client’s reply) would help folks notice there may be something important to look at to the left.
