Using tags in recurring ticket titles

Is there a way to use tags (like the ones in templates) in a recurring ticket title?

Use case for us is we have a couple of our techs doing admin works (quoting, ordering. etc) that is not directly billed to a customer. We have recurring tickets each week for us to track that time so we can see where their time is spent.
It would be super helpful to be able to have a recurring ticket with the date created and tech name in the subject each time it is created.
