Usability Feature Request -- Add Ability to Re-Arrange and Group Saved Ticket Searches

Right now, there is no way to re-arrange saved ticket searches. This is very frustrating and results in a mix-mash of various saved ticket searches in no particular order. It slows down ticket flow and makes it impossible to group saved ticket searches into any kind of logical order.

Please add the ability to re-arrange ticket searches and, ideally, add the ability to add grouping/section text to help us better organize our ticket searches.
