Usability Feature Request -- Add a Filter to the Main Ticket Page to Filter by One or More Customer(s)

In the current main ticket page, filtering tickets by a customer is sometimes a bit inconsistent. Sometimes we seem to be able to type the customer into the main search box and sometimes, especially if we are using a saved ticket search, doing this same behavior may or may not work.

It would be great to have a “Customer” drop down to be able to filter tickets and saved ticket searches on-the-fly by one (or more) customers.

Sticking a “Filter by Customer: <customer name(s) field>” to the right of the Saved Ticket Searches buttons would be great.

It’s been discussed a few times and the ticket screen is on the radar to be reworked.
