it seems there is an email sent to our customers using the email template “Unpaid Invoice Email” when a new recurring invoice is created automatically.
There is an option to stop sending the “unpaid invoice email” automatically ?

If you’re referring to the accompanied wording when an invoice is sent, the content of the email template can be deleted.
