Unable to create tickets from the client

It was brought to my attention that clients on our end (from different sites) are unable to create tickets without getting the following error:

Chat also seems to be working really slowly as well. Granted, I think its something we can live with, but if we could see some improvement on that would be nice.

Hi @travis, I’m looking into this now.

@canden.hicks I think we figure it out. Looks like some fields were not fill in correctly after a few changes on our end. Sorry about that.
