Transfer between syncro agents

Hi there, I am migrating a couple assets to my syncro account, however they are already running syncro from another MSP.
Has anyone installed the new agent and uninstalled the old one via Powershell successfully?

Hi @matticem - We recommend running the agent uninstaller tool, restarting the machine then you can install the new agent.
