To Do List for Future Tickets

I think Syncro can really use a To Do List for each client that then can be easily converted into a ticket.

just a simple list that if youre in a meeting with a client, can easily take down notes on what they want to do or need and then can just easily make a ticket from that listing.

It would help organize everyone’s clients and put everything into one place instead of a separate note application then have to transfer over and then people just stop doing all that and forget.

it can’t be that hard to produce since so many things in Syncro are easily created into tickets.
