TIP: how to insert an email signature inside a ticket

Including an email signature when sending an email in a standard feature these days. In Syncro, the feature just doesn’t work when emailing from a ticket. (Here is my attempt to figure it out if you’re in the FB group: SyncroMSP Users Group | Facebook)

Here is a workaround to easily insert an email signature manually:

Go to [YOURDOMAIN.syncromsp.com/canned_responses] to create Canned Reponses. Add an email signature for each staff member (I added a 1 so it would be first in the list).

When you are writing your email within the Ticket, click Canned Responses, then Insert your signature.
