Is there a Time Entry for those Ad Hoc things you do when you don’t have a ticket and you’re onsite and a client asks you for something.
Is there a place to add that in so when you do your monthly invoices, it’ll be another line item to add in?
No, you either need to have a ticket or add it directly on an invoice. The only limbo system is the pending ticket charges. If they are asking you to do work, then it should be logged on a ticket to be billed out. All our onsite work will have tickets associated with them.
Got it. That’s what I was figuring since I couldn’t see anything. My previous system had a time entry for the ad hoc work so we didn’t have to create a whole ticket for stuff we already did.
