Tickets log or filter by user

Is there a way to see a ticket log by the user? Like there is with assets.
Or maybe a filter by the user?

Let’s say I’m on the phone with a user and want to see all open tickets from them quickly.

I too would love this but its been mentioned a few times on this forum and the inevitable answer is usually “Yes…but with the API”.

Would get my vote for a feature request for sure
