Tickets -> Background Tools is inconsistent

When launching Background tools from a Ticket that is displayed in the Ticket Tab, the Background tools button does not create a new browser tab.
This is different behaviour compared to launching Background tools from the Customer Tab or Assets Tab.

Please change the Background Tools button in the Ticket Tab to behave the same as the Customer Tab and Assets Tab.

I think the inconsistencies have been brought up before, but I just middle mouse click all links thanks to Syncro. I didn’t even know it popped up a new window until we started using it lol.

Consistancy in UI across a system is important.

In the scheme of things this is a tiny HTML fix, and should be easy to implement.
