Ticket subcategories

We are trying to set up our ticketing within syncro and have noticed there is no way to add ticket subcategories. At the moment we have 9 Main categories and 46 Subcategories. Will there be an option to add subcategories in the future?

What we have had to do is add custom fields to the tickets. Add in our main categories then use dropdoown boxes for the subcategories.

So when dealing with tickets we have to fill in our ticket type then a custon field. It would be so much easier if we could do it all in one
