Ticket - first response time

Good morning, does anyone know how we can export first response time stamp for tickets? or time tech accept the ticket?



This eluded me for a while too. I finally found it:

  1. Go to the Internal Report Builder.
  2. Open an existing report or create a new one for this.
  3. Add a Text Summary Section
  4. Add Text Block
  5. Pick Support Tickets
  6. Select your customer(s) and scope
  7. Where it says Select up to 3 Items you can select Avg First Response Time (Mins)
