I just discovered the Ticket Dashboard share link feature. Ticket Dashboard
Although it creates a long URL, It is a public insecure URL. It is inherently insecure because the dashboard will show the last comments of every ticket. There is no tracking on who has opened this URL, and no way to have a secured version.
It would also be interesting to have links that have an applied filter to them. For instance, I can filter a dashboard down and hand it off to a client so they can see their company ticket status. This is especially useful for my COMIT clients.
