Ticket Creation - Don't Print Checkbox

As we have increasingly performed remote services for our customers, the Auto Print feature has worked out very well. However, a lot of our remote tickets do not need to be printed. There is currently a “Don’t Email” checkbox when creating a new ticket. If a “Don’t Print” checkbox is added this can help many save resources by reducing the amount of paper & Ink/Toner cartridges used in the long term.
