Ticket Automation -- Assign Worksheet based on Ticket Issue Type

Currently, a ticket automation exists for assigning worksheets based on a ticket’s custom fields.

For all of us that don’t use the custom field functionality, this is not very helpful. What would be more helpful would be to be able to create a Ticket automation that can assign worksheets based on the Issue Type of the ticket.

Please add this capability.

100% this needs to be a feature - Having the ability to auto-assign worksheets based on a condition would save us countless hours per week. We are currently having to add a worksheet manually each time, as we do not use the custom fields.
