The ability to create a private ticket on the client portal and from the agent icon

I set the customer’s portal users to see all the ticket from everyone, so that they can know the volume of ticket for the IT.
But some users (mostly managers) would like to add “for your eyes only” ticket so only the creator and the IT will see it, like employee termination, password change, confidential request, etc.
Have a checkbox with the option to keep it private.
