Technician Security Group only for specific Customer

Changes to:
Toggle whether this Security Group is used for Single-Customer-Authorization.
A Single-Customer-Authorization Security Group is limited the following permissions:

  • I think this feature is needed to be more flexible so we can create Security Groups for our hired Technicians to have access ONLY to certain Customers.
  • Beneficial so Technicians can modify the necessary policy as needed to their Customer portfolio: ie: with AV or no, with backup or no, and so on…
  • Beneficial that our Technicians have the flexibility to modify the necessary things ONLY to their Customers
  • Beneficial to Business Owners to have controlled visibility and modify the Security Groups as needed to stay in control of their Customer Profiles and manage growth Technicians Tier Support Levels and responsibility ONLY to their Customers portfolio
