I have periodic issues with the system tray icon not appearing on MacOS. The agent is running and I can see it in the syncro portal, but the end user cannot see the tray icon. It is enabled in the policy with 7 different items. The “Hide System Tray” option is unchecked. Sometimes it seems to load on boot and sometimes it doesn’t. This has affected multiple endpoints before but is currently just an issue for a single user on both of their Macs.
