It could be an AV or Firewall preventing it from launching, is anything coming up in the Event Viewer? Additionally, Is .NET 4.6.2 or higher installed and updated?

If it still gives you trouble after that you can zip up the install logs under C:\ProgramData\Syncro\logs and send them to help@syncromsp.com
