# Syncro Scheduled Maintenance: Offline Alerting Limited Downtime

Hi Partners,

On **Monday, July 7, from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM PDT** , Syncro will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our presence servers.

During this time, assets may briefly appear offline as the servers restart. To prevent false alarms, **offline alerts will be temporarily paused** for the duration of the maintenance window.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
