We have opted to BYO splashtop as often we require more than one technician to connect remotely. So we created a Splashtop exe file with the security settings set to Request user intervention to allow a remote connection. Syncro is overwriting this settings and each time we try to remote to a user we are given unconditional access without the user receiving any notification or to allow the connection as it should be. Syncro Policy for remote access is completely disabled. Splashtop support have identified that this change is being caused by Syncro. Is anyone else using BYO and/or experiencing same issue?
