Syncro not auto-resolving service monitor

I have a service monitor that monitors 2 services and has the auto-resolve checkmark checked and I’ve noticed that intermittently it will not auto-resolve the alert. I’ll manually log into the machine, make sure the services are up and running and the alert will stay in place until I manually clear it. Looking through the forums, it looks like someone has had the same type of issue with low disk space not auto-resolving as well (Auto Resolve for low disk space doesn't work).

Anyone else experiencing this behavior as well?

I’d open a ticket with support so they can dig into it further if you haven’t already.
