Intel Mac (2019 MBP) running Big Sur.
Connecting for remote support through Splashtop is hit and miss.
"Splashtop says: The streamer isn’t online. " is what I get.
Not sure how else to troubleshoot.
I know the permissions are correct, and I know there’s no firewall issues either on the Mac or at the client site.
Is there a way to script Splashtop to restart remotely?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
