Some Sense of Continuity

Shouldn’t the searches be similar? In the ticket page, you can see all tickets from company by typing the company name into the search. You dn’t type it and then it searches and gives you a list to select, you just type and enter. However, when you’re looking at assets, there is a dedicated ‘company’ field.

Each different entity working in Syncro should have a design guide - so there is a consistent feel and function throughout. Each page has modules hidden in different places, different ways to search, etc.

Sometimes you can click on column titles, sometimes you can’t.

standardization should be a goal for any mature product. Its these little nagging issues that become frustrating.
