SMS Unsubscribes

Can we have more control over the text/SMS message notifications? I can’t turn off the sending of SMS notifications to a customer. So, when the customer unsubscribes to notifications it turns off our ability to send the customer an SMS to talk to them. So, we have to turn it back on, then they unsubscribe again.
Same thing happens when one sub-contact unsubscribes. It turns off our ability to talk to other sub-contacts on other tickets by SMS.

I’d love to see this too.

Right now we don’t use SMS at all because it would create too much automated noise for end-users. It’s frustrating that we can’t just have it turned on for messages that we manually send.
