SMS replies of D disables texting for entire client instead of just that contact

Right now you can disable sms for an entire client not just contacts. I’ve re-enabled SMS a dozen times because 2 or 3 contacts don’t want SMS messages, but the other 99 it’s the only way the respond. Can we please fix it so if a contact responds to a SMS with “d” it just disables their contact record from SMS messages, not the entire customer…


I completely agree. We have a big issue with this as well. This issue has been brought up multiple times on here.
