I’m trying to run a report to show the breakdown of the different Ticket Categories for the past 30 days, 60 day and 90 days.
The internal report builder appears to limit to either the top 3 or if you use the graph then it gives 7 rows. How can this be unrestricted as I would like to list a count for all of my ticket categories?
And before you ask, yes this is a summary report and is an important metric to analyse.
(Currently this seems very limited)
