I am getting a lot of push back from clients, and techs. When a client sees a charge on their invoice, they consistently ask for the ticket related to that charge. When they ask us for the ticket number, my team must then search for and find the time entry (or entries) and ticket(s). It is a huge waste of time for both the clients and my team, and a big frustration for the clients. Some clients are angered because they have always had ticket numbers on labor charges, and they do not understand why we are not able to provide it now.
That’s a good idea. Seems like a no brained to have the option of including Ticket numbers.
