From the ticket page, there is no way to see a copy of the actual email that goes out from that screen with communication. Would it be possible to get this added, just like the Emails section that is on the Invoices and Estimates page? I’d like to see the exact email that goes to customers so I can ensure they are getting what we are expecting is going to them. There is no way now and it’s sometimes frustrating. We add notes to a ticket and it gets sent to a client via email, but I want to see the exact email, that is generated from the template.
