Set ticket status per customer?

Hi All,

I think this should be pretty easy but I cannot find it anywhere. I want to set the status for all tickets from one client to “Waiting on Approval” instead of New.

This client wants to be able to approve tickets for us to work on and I would rather not have to manually change the status each time.

Possible?

Ticket statuses are global, and I don’t see that Customer is an option in Ticket Automations. Perhaps when they do ticket boards, you can set a default status there and that customer will go to that ticket board.
