Separate Leads Module from incoming Helpdesk requests

Allow the Leads Module to be disabled completely and retain incoming help-desk Ticket functionality:

Or

Set which incoming mailboxes have the Lead functionality on them (e.g. not on a help@ or support@ address but on a sales@ address).

The necessity of the Leads Module for incoming help-desk requests is just maddening.

I really want to be able to turn the Leads Module off but for insane reasons I can’t.

Apart from extra unnecessary e-mails received this module also has questionable stats because e-mails from existing clients are treated as ‘Won/New Leads’, how the heck do you figure that?

For now I’m just disabling notifications for these fake lead events.
