SentinelOne alerts tied to right customer

Has anyone here that is using S1 found a way to make the alerts that S1 generates get tied to the right customer? Right now I get about 5 alerts every time something is detected, remediated, killed etc, and they all come to my company name.

Would love to have them linked directly to the client. Not sure if there is something I can do on either Syncros end or SentinelOnes end that would facilitate that

Nothing you can do on either end though there are services out there that you send the email alert to and then it can parse and filter and send to Syncro. Haven’t looked too deeply into it, but there have been discussions on FB and how to get other services, such as backup alerts, to filter to the right customer.
