Search - Tickets - Quick Access Icon

In Search All The Things, the ticket quick access icon brings up a page of only open tickets for that client. If you try and remove the check for Resolved and then hit apply, it stops filtering by customer. If you open the customer and then open all tickets it does not behave this way. The reason for this is, the one from Search adds the customer filter in the URL, whereas the one from the customer screen adds the customer ID in the search box. Please fix it so that the behavior in Search matches that of the Customer’s ticket.
