Rework Tickets

Exploring the rework ticket option.

The language suggests that a parent ticket will have multiple child tickets as a result of reworking. The description on the ticket page is “Reworks”

What actually occurs is a daisy chain of Rework Rework Rework etc tickets. You can only rework a ticket once. To rework a ticket it needs to be a resolved child ticket. The parent ticket can only see one child even though the field is marked as “Reworks” . So the parent ticket does not reveal the full history.

Reworked tickets are available in the reporting section but in order to review the full history requires navigating through the chain of tickets.

Is there a setting to enable multiple reworks on a parent ticket?

If not would this warrant a feature request?
