RESOLVED Summary: Ordered and Unordered lists now support tabbing to create a sub-list.

Description of Issue: Tabbing in Ordered or Unordered Lists does not indent to sub-categories as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Nav to Ticket Detail
  2. Enter some text into the Ticket Comment Field
  3. On a new line, start an Ordered or Unordered List
  4. Hit enter to move to the next line and hit the tab button

Next Steps: The issue is being worked on by the dev team.
