RESOLVED Summary: When Ticket Comments are set to Internal by default, the Ticket Comment Field now correctly has a Yellow background on page load.
Subject: If “Ticket Comments - default to Internal instead of External” is enabled then the Ticket Comment field will not show a yellow background as expected
Description of Issue: Enabling “Ticket Comments - default to Internal instead of External” will result in the Ticket Comment default field to show a White background instead of the expected Yellow. Private Notes still save as expected and have a yellow background.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable “Ticket Comments - default to Internal instead of External”
- Ticket Comment will Private Note Type but the background will be white rather than yellow.
