RESOLVED Summary: Asset Detail Ticket Log now correctly loads Ticket info without showing HTML tags.

Description of Issue: HTML is unexpectedly showing in the Ticket Log of Asset Detail in some cases.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Asset Detail of an Asset
  2. Scroll down to the Ticket Log
  3. Sometimes ticket data will show rendered HTML

Next Steps: The issue is being worked on by the dev team.
