Subject: Forwarded emails creating Leads are not matching to the correct contact/customer
Description of Issue: In some scenarios Forwarded emails from technician email to Syncro will not match to the correct Customer/Contact

Affected Objects listed: Inbound FORWARDED email
Steps to Reproduce:
- A customer or Contact emails your tech email directly
- Technician forwards that email into Syncro
- The email is received but sometimes has matching issues.
Next Steps: The issue is being worked on by the dev team.
